Assistance for Healthy Families, AIM and Medical.

Our practice provides assistance to families that would like to apply for Healthy Families, AIM, or Medical. If interested in this service contact the office and ask for Irma Martinez. Irma is a Certified Application Assistant who would assist you with the process of your application.
